These terms govern your use of the BOQBid website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
BOQBid provides software for prequalification, digital takeoff, Bill of Quantities generation, estimation and tender assembly. We may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration details you give us, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.
Acceptable use
Do not use BOQBid to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to upload material you have no right to share, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other customers' data.
Your content
You keep ownership of the drawings, rates, documents and other content you upload. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you. We do not claim any rights in your tenders or estimates.
Accuracy and professional judgement
BOQBid automates measurement and pricing, but the outputs are aids to a qualified professional, not a substitute for one. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying every quantity, rate and document before it is used in a bid or submitted to a client or authority.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the agreed term. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a subscription is not renewed, access to the platform ends at the close of the paid term.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOQBid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of a tender or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will normally give you notice and a chance to put things right first. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
